How do I create an account in BeUr?
Click on the top right "Log-in" icon and register your account if you are a new user
What are the benefits of creating an account?
The most practical benefit will be its easy for you to track the status of your orders, your order history and you will be receiving notifications on exclusive member offers, updates on new launches and more exciting news.
I forgot my password, what can I do?
If you have forgotten your password, you can request your password to be sent to the email address you have previously registered with us by clicking the Forgot Password link. You will be taken to a page where you can enter your email address and a temporary password will be sent to you.
How can I return or replace a product?
All our products are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, unless damaged or defective. To replace damaged or defective items, write to us at info@beur.ch within 72 hours of receiving the product (after which the product is not liable for exchange). Don’t forget to attach your order invoice and a picture of the damaged product.
How will I get a refund for my cancelled orders and how long will this process take?
All approved refund credits will be made to the original method of payment within 7 working days. The same will reflect in your bank statement if paid online.
